Ideally, 3–6 months in advance for weddings and at least 1 month for prewedding shoots or events. Last-minute bookings are welcome, subject to availability.

No. We also cover engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, corporate events, and more.
Q8. Do you offer prewedding photography in Delhi?
Yes, we shoot prewedding photography at top Delhi locations and even outstation on request.

Q9. Who will be the photographer on my wedding day?
Our lead photographer will shoot your event, along with a skilled team.

We have over 20 years of professional photography experience and have captured hundreds of weddings across Delhi NCR.
Q11. Do you bring an assistant or second shooter?
Yes. For weddings and large events, we usually bring a second shooter and assistant to ensure complete coverage.
Q12. Do you use professional equipment?
Absolutely! We use high-end DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, drones, lighting gear, and gimbals for cinematic video.
Q13. Do you carry backup equipment?
Yes, we always bring backup cameras, batteries, memory cards, and lighting to every event.

Q14. What if you can’t make it to the event due to an emergency?
We have a dedicated backup team to ensure your event is covered, and we inform you in advance with full transparency.
Q15. How do you store and back up our photos/videos?
We use multiple backups (external drives + cloud) to keep your data safe until final delivery.
Q16. Do you take responsibility of our data?
Yes, we are covered for all of your data, but maximum limited to 6 months. So we request Every customer to Take all data within 6 months of event
🧾 Packages, Pricing & Delivery
Q17. What are your photography packages?
We offer customizable packages for every budget — including photography, videography, prewedding, albums, drone, and more. Pricing depends on hours, location, and services.
Q18. Are your packages affordable?
Yes! We’re known as an affordable wedding photographer in Delhi, offering great value for money without compromising quality.
Q19. What is included in your wedding package?
Typically, our package includes candid and traditional photography, cinematic video, album, and drone shots(optional).
Q20. What’s your payment policy?
25% advance on booking, 65% on the event day, and balance upon delivery.
Q21. What’s your cancellation or refund policy?
Advance payments are non-refundable, but we allow date rescheduling (subject to availability) with notice.

Q22. How long will it take to get our photos/videos?
- Photos: Within 10 days
- Cinematic teaser: 20–25 days
- Album & full video: 25–30 days after selection
Q23. Can we choose the photos for our album?
Yes, you’ll receive an online gallery to select your favorites.
Q24. Do we own the rights to the photos?
Yes, you have full personal usage rights to all photos. We retain rights for promotional use unless otherwise agreed.
Q25. How will we receive the final photos/videos?
Via online delivery, pen drive, or hard drive (as preferred). Albums are hand-delivered or shipped.

We coordinate smoothly with planners, makeup artists, videographers, and venue teams for seamless coverage.
Q27. Do you help plan group/family photos?
Yes! We guide and manage family portraits, group shots, and ensure nothing is missed.
Q28. How early do you arrive at the venue?
We typically arrive 30–60 minutes before the event to set up and prepare.
Q29. What do you wear to the event?
Our team dresses professionally and appropriately for all functions.
