Returns and Refund Policy for Studio Vision Photography

Thank you for choosing Studio Vision Photography. We strive to provide exceptional customized services to meet your needs. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.

Photography Package Booking

  1. No Returns or Refunds:

    • We do not offer any returns or refunds for any photography package booking. Our services are customized according to each client’s specific requirements, and we block the dates for the client as soon as we receive the advance amount.
  2. Date Change Policy:

    • Date changes are allowed, subject to availability.
    • Clients must inform Studio Vision Photography at least 15 days before the scheduled function to request a date change.

Customized Gifts and Other Categories

  1. No Cancellations:

    • All customized gifts are made according to the images provided by you. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as these products are customized and will be of no use to us.
  2. Wrong or Damaged Products:

    • In case you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us through the contact form on our contact page, mentioning the subject “Replacement or Refund Required.”
    • You must have a video of the package opening to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
    • Send us the video and photographs of the wrongly received product.
    • After approval, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement and you will get the refund or replacement within 7-10 days from approval.
