Terms and Conditions for Studio Vision Photography

Welcome to Studio Vision Photography. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

  • Studio Vision Photography provides photography services including but not limited to wedding photography, event photography, and customized gifts.
  • All services are subject to availability.

2. Booking and Payments

  • A booking is confirmed once the advance payment is received.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event.
  • All payments are non-refundable.

3. Customization and Requirements

  • We offer customized services tailored to the client’s specific requirements.
  • Clients must provide accurate and complete information to ensure the best service delivery.

4. Date Changes and Cancellations

  • Date changes are allowed, subject to availability.
  • Clients must inform Studio Vision Photography at least 15 days before the scheduled function to request a date change.
  • No refunds or cancellations are permitted once a booking is confirmed.

5. Delivery and Products

  • Digital photos and videos will be delivered within the agreed timeframe.
  • Physical products like albums and customized gifts will be delivered as per the discussed schedule.

6. Ownership and Usage Rights

  • Studio Vision Photography retains the copyright of all images and videos.
  • Clients are granted a license for personal use of the images and videos.
  • Any commercial use of the images or videos requires written permission from Studio Vision Photography.

7. Liability

  • Studio Vision Photography will take utmost care to provide high-quality services. However, in the unlikely event of a technical failure, accident, or any other unforeseen incident, our liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid for the service.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy and will protect your personal information.
  • Your data will only be used for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Complaints and Disputes

  • Any complaints should be reported to Studio Vision Photography as soon as possible to ensure quick resolution.
  • In case of disputes, both parties agree to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be referred to arbitration in New Delhi.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any legal proceedings arising out of these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
